Who can write on Forge?
Anyone with an original story. Forge is open to all writers, no application required. Sign up, publish, and you’re live.
How much do I earn?
Authors keep 60% of the profit from every paid chapter unlock, tip, and subscription on their novels. Profit is what remains after payment processing and platform costs, split 60/40 in your favour.
Do I keep my rights?
Yes. You own your IP. Forge takes a non-exclusive licence to host and distribute the chapters you publish. You can pull a novel down at any time.
What content is allowed?
Original fiction across most genres. We do not allow plagiarised work, sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal. Mature content is welcome behind age gates.
Can I publish my novel elsewhere too?
Yes. Forge does not require exclusivity. You can cross-post on other platforms, sell rights for print or adaptation, or move the work elsewhere later.
When do I get paid?
Earnings settle in your Forge wallet in realtime and pay out to your Stripe account monthly, in your local currency, once you clear the $50 minimum.
